As a runner, Yoga is great for stretching and for core body strength. Reyna listened to my needs and arranged a program to suit me. My wife and I have been enjoying yoga classes 5 times a week for the last year or so and have decided to bump it up to 6 a week so we can have an extra class with Reyna because we always feel well stretched and relaxed after her class. I'm in my sixties and can really feel a big improvement in my posture and relief from lower back pain not to mention the 10 pounds I've lost.
